For many years, residents living in Ballinure, Blackrock, Jacob's Island, Beaumont, and Ballinlough have endured recurring bad smells which they believe are coming from a wastewater plant in Mahon. Uisce Éireann says it is investing heavily in remedial measures at the facility, as Rachel Lysaght reports
